These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Allied Axis website and services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
Allied Axis provides digital marketing, AI automation, branding, and growth strategy services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual client agreements and proposals.
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Allied Axis requires agreed payments before work commences. Late payments may result in paused delivery.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom creative assets produced for them. Allied Axis retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Allied Axis treats all client information, business data, and strategy discussions as strictly confidential. We do not share client data with third parties.
While Allied Axis has a strong track record of delivering measurable results, outcomes depend on market conditions, client responsiveness, and factors outside our control. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed prior to termination is billable at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Allied Axis's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual negotiation in good faith.
